You must read and agree to the following terms and conditions before registering for CashOnTap (hereinafter referred to as "COT"). Moreover, COT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason.
I. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
- Members must be at least eighteen years of age to register and participate with COT.
- A member may have a maximum of one account and must reside and complete offers within the United States or Canada. Canadian users may only complete offers within the "Canada" category of offers.
- Only one account is permitted per residential address and a P.O. Box may not be used as the shipping address.
- You must provide completely accurate and current information upon registration and during your usage of COT.
II. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
COT reserves the right to terminate a member’s account for any reason without warning or notice to the member upon the showing of good faith. If a member's account is terminated, that member will forfeit all of his/her earnings made through COT. A member's account may be terminated upon COT's discretion for any of the following reasons: - Submission of false or incomplete personal information upon registration.
- The creation of multiple accounts by the same user.
- The exploitation or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Accessing the site using a proxy, business IP, foreign IP address (outside the U.S. or Canada), or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.
- Account has been inactive for six months.
- Another member(s) has logged into or registered for COT through the same IP address as you have.
- More than one account exists for your residential address.
- Completion of the same offer twice, regardless of whether the multiple completions occurred on our site, or another site, or where one completion occurred on our site and the other completion occurred on another site.
- The submission of false information when completing an offer.
- Immediate cancellation of an offer
- Violation of any of the terms set out in section I, III, IV, and V of these Terms & Conditions.
- The commission of actions that may be deemed by COT detrimental to the stability of this site or this site’s relationship with advertisers.
COT reserves the right to take legal action against any member who is found of fraudulent offer completions.
III. OFFER COMPLETIONS & CREDITING:
COT cannot be held responsible for the Terms and Conditions of the offers listed on our site. Moreover, we reserve the right to change the payout for each offer at any time for any reason without notice. The timeline of crediting per individual offer will vary and COT is not responsible for delays in offer crediting or failure to receive credit for offer completions. Moreover, COT can not guarantee the crediting and approval of a completed offer. COT may at any time, without notice, deny or reverse credit of an offer completion for any reason based on good faith. Moreover, the user may use a Prepaid card to complete an offer but assumes the risk of credit reversal if credit is reversed due to the use of a prepaid card.
A member must complete offers he/she is genuinely interested in. A great number of trial offers completed within an extremely small time frame will subject the user's account to be flagged and put on hold as such activity is suspicious and not indicative of a user who is genuinely interested in trying the products and/or services (i.e. 20 trial completions within an hour).
IV. PAYMENTS:
Payments will be processed every Monday. Payment must be requested through the cashback page of the member's account, and the request must be made the preceding Friday by 6 PM Pacific. Furthermore, a member must have a minimum of $15 to cashout. If you are under the minimum requirement to cashout during a selected payout period or you choose not to redeem a cashout during a payout period, your earnings will rollover into the next payout period with no loss or charge. Moreover, COT reserves the right to ask for photo identification to verify a member's personal information, including but not limited to, a user's name and address. If identification is not received within 14 days from the date the request for the submission of identification has been made, the user's payment request will be denied. COT is not liable for any payment sent via postal mail that is not delivered to the user's address. Moreover, COT does not guarantee payment to any member upon the showing of good faith. Furthermore, any Paypal payments will only be made to a Paypal account registered under the user's name.
Paypal: There are generally no fees on COT's side of payment via Paypal. However, Paypal may charge a fee to its members for accepting payments. Moreover, COT will only make payments via Paypal to Verified Paypal accounts.
Check: There are generally no fees for the issuance of a check.
Gift Card: COT may charge a fee dependent on the type of gift card requested and the method of delivery. Please email our support team to receive an estimate.
V. REFERRALS:
A member will only receive credit for his/her referred member's earnings if the referred member is valid according to the membership requirement. The referrer will be credited with 10% of the referred earnings deriving from the referred offer completions.
VI. NON LIABILITY:
You, the member, will be solely responsible for any decision you make in association with using COT. COT shall not be held liable at any time for any result that derives from the use of your account or any action you have committed on other sites. Moreover, you agree to indemnify COT for any third party claims which may arise from your usage or association with COT .
VII. PRIVACY POLICY:
You must agree with all the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy before registering and/or using COT. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy without notice for any reason.
VIII. Assignment and Jurisdiction:
COT may assign this Agreement to a subsidiary or business successor. You may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of COT, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the law of the state of California. You expressly consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any actions arising from or relating to this Agreement.
IX. Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not effect any other provisions of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had not been contained herein.
